Organize your wheel works
These A4 templates were designed for hands-on wheel builders and include all major wheel work aspects: service, client and wheel data. Documenting your work should be straightforward and organized, thus suitable also for a fast-paced environment. Available in German, French, Dutch, Spanish, and Italian, I designed these templates having an international workshop community in mind.
Streamlined sections for each step of service: Each work order includes inspection checkboxes to ensure no detail is missed. Dedicated sections cover general condition, rim, hub, spokes, and nipples, so you can quickly document any issues. This checklist approach helps maintain thorough and consistent inspections across all wheel services.

Ready-to-select service options: To save time, the templates include ready-to-check service options for common tasks like truing, tensioning, hub service etc. In such manner your service description remains clean and consistent.
Track attachments and digital integration: In case the work order includes additional files attached to it, there is a dedicated section to mark those files. This way, you will know if a work order is linked with a spoke calculation or tensioning summary file.
Available for digital and physical use: Whether your workshop relies on printed documents or prefers digital records, these templates and the app's recent upgrade should offer enough flexibility. You can document and store all aspects of your work from within the App SpokeCalc, or use printed templates—all in a setup that works for you.

Take it to the next level
As said printouts are actually a side result of a major recent update of the SpokeCalc App’s Workshop module that extended current features even further. Not only can you record each wheel service in real-time, you can also generate a professional looking PDF work orders that include a detailed service activity, either finished or pending.

This update aims to keep your service records centralized, accessible, and easy to update, with the possibility of adding interlinks like assigned wheel, client or files. You’ll be able to document every detail in one place — transforming your workflow into a well-organized, seamless process. Certainly a good platform to further improvements regarding wheel works workflow.

Enjoy wheel building!
